New Enrolment Form - This form is to be filled in by the parents of a new Beaver, Cub or Scout.

Gift Aid Form -  This form is very important to the scout group, it allows us to claim back from the inland revenue, the tax you have already paid on the subs you pay each term. It costs you nothing but makes a big difference to us.
